Do you have a competent Supervisor? In Ontario the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) is the main piece of safety legislation in the province of Ontario. Under section 25(2)(c) of the OHSA employers have a general duty to ensure all supervisors and workers are competent. A competent person has the knowledge, training and experience to organize the work. In this 2 day course (Monday & Tuesday), Supervisors will learn about their responsibilities, the tools for proper documentation, soft skills for dealing with people from workers that report to them to MOL Inspectors. On day two, they will learn how to navigate the Green Book and interpretation of the act and regulations within it.
A minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice is required, no refunds will be given or if not prepaid you will be invoiced for the seats. For Example: If you have a booking for a Thursday class, cancellation must be before 8am Tuesday Morning.
